Run Time Error 339" Component TKUTS.DLL not correctly registered, file is missing or invalid.  Also Runtime Error 429 – Active X cannot load.

This is usually caused because you don't have the proper Java VM.  Install the Java VM described here.  Go to our website,  www.goual.com.  Click on "Java Update". As with any download from the web,  you can choose to open or download the file. We suggest you open the file.  If you choose to download it,  you will need to run it.  The file name is JAVA.EXE and it is 5MB in size. After Java VM is installed,  let the system reboot.

Solutions for program not starting or exiting

If you Unimatic Add-On or Easy Apollo program consistently won’t start when you double click the icon or won’t exit when you are done it is probably another program that is blocking it.  A lot of times it is spyware that you are not aware is running.  A solution that will work is as follows,

For Windows XP,

Click on “Start” and “Run” and enter MSCONFIG.

For Vista and Windows 7,

Click on “Start” and enter MSCONFIG in the search window.

Press Enter key.  That should bring up the System Configuration window.

Click on the “Startup” tab.

Uncheck all the boxes.

Save.

Reboot when prompted. A window will appear asking if you want use the selective startup configuration.  Check the box that will prevent you from being asked this each time you reboot and click on OK.

That’s it.  If there is a program you are sure you need or want during startup,  you can go back into the Startup tab and recheck it’s box.  Almost all of that stuff you don’t need and can start from your desktop anyway.  On my system I only have the Symantec boxes checked for my Norton Anti-Virus and Internet security.

On my XP machine,  I have found that the Add-On program will not load if I have run a DVD or some multi-media applications first.  You can reboot or end the process of the offending program in the task manager (Ctrl – Alt – Del).

My new security code does not work.

Also make sure your code is fourteen letters and numbers. Codes don’t use the letter “O”.  They do use the number “0”.  Cut and paste from our email into your user profile works well.

The program appears to log me in, but I have nothing but a black screen and a cursor jumping around..

You need to reset your screen colors. Start the program, click on "Settings" - "Terminal" - "Screen Colors". Choose blue for the background and white for the foreground. Save.
