 Return to Home Page

Our programs will run fine with the new Vista operating system.  We have found and fixed some problems.  The fixes are contained in version 10.11 and higher.  If you have an earlier version,  you should update the program from our website,  www.goual.com.

If you want the least hassle running our program and others,  we suggest that you turn off the Vista “User Access Control”.  We explain how to do that below.

If you don’t turn off “User Access Control” then we suggest that you run the program using the Windows XP compatibility mode and Administrator mode,  also explained below.

To turn off the Vista User Access Control”

1. Click on “Start” at lower left of screen.

2. Click on “Control Panel”.

3. Click on “User Accounts and Family Safety”.

4. Click on “User Accounts”.

5. Turn off “User Account Control”.

6. Allow computer to reboot.

To turn on XP compatibility and Administrator mode

1. Right click on the desktop icon,  then left click on Properties.

2. Click on the Compatibility tab.

3. Click on the box for XP service pack 2 compatibility.

4. Click on the box to run the program as an administrator.

5. Click on “OK” to save.

Let me know if you encounter any problems.
